Our clients include many banking institutions and third party asset management companies. We have sold over 200 REO properties. We are experienced in all facets of REO listings, including checking occupancy, cash for keys, rekey, trashout, setup utilities, property maintenance/ preservation and marketing. We have completed over 2,000 BPO's and are reasonably accurate in forming market value for Real Estate property.
Real Estate North Texas is a Veterans Owned Business and we are affiliated with the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. We are registered with Equator, RESnet, Dispo Solutions, REO Vendor manager and LPS invoice management. We have the Five Star REO certification and incorporate the Five Star business procedures manual into our daily practices.
